Service Description
Show quality photographs of your quilts or fabric art for only $44.00!

Your quilt or fabric art up to 108” by 120” is photographed without using pins or otherwise piercing your submitted work. No sleeving is required.

 After photographing your quilt or fabric art we will send you an e-mail proof of a full front view, selected corner view and two details for your approval. Upon approval we create a CD of a full front view, corner view and two details for your use with no restrictions. If you have a specific need for a show submittal, we will upon your request create a CD submittal for you at no additional charge.
We then e-mail you an invoice listing the photographic / CD creation ($44.00 or multiple pricing) plus the return shipping and insurance at cost. You may submit payment via Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to use their service) or by check.

 Your submitted work will then by promptly returned. Turn around time is 5 to 7 days from receipt of your quilt or fabric art. Please allow more time for large orders.
We also offer a 10% discount per each submitted work for two or more items shipped at he same time and billed to the same person or group. Our studio is tobacco free, animal free, fire sprinkler protected and attended 24/7.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
  • Ship the quilt to us, packing it in a sturdy container, insured and shipping prepaid.

  • Do not identify the contents of the package.

  • Once the package is recieved, we will scan the quilt or art piece and send you a proof, via E-mail, for your approval.  After approval we will return the quilt or art piece, the CD, and if so ordered a print(s) to you.

  • An order form must be printed, filled out, and sent with the quilt package.
